1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CryptoRefract (cryptorefract.com, the "Site"), operated by The Accidental Order Inc. (주식회사 우연의질서) (the "Operator"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational purpose only

The Site provides information and analysis for general informational and educational purposes. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any asset. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. No reliance; your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decision you make. You should not rely on the Site as the basis for any financial decision and should seek independent, licensed professional advice. Digital assets are volatile and carry a risk of total loss.

4. Data and availability

Content, including computed and third-party data, is provided "as is" and "as available," may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may change without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's original content, design, and compiled analysis are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not scrape, resell, or build a competing commercial database from the Site's content without permission. Third-party names, marks, and data belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or place an unreasonable load on its infrastructure, or by using it in violation of applicable law.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and data sources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the Operator’s registered office in Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where mandatory law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
